The worst part about the whole Frederica situation was that I had tried to fill that prescription—either that very day or the day before—**twice**. Both times, the pharmacy claimed they never received the order. So, I got back on the bus and returned to the dental clinic. The same person who had helped me when I was being discharged was there. I told her the pharmacy said they hadn’t received the prescription. She told me she *had* sent it, but that she would call and resend it. I waited there while she confirmed with the pharmacy, even verifying which location it was being sent to. But when I got back to that pharmacy, they *still* said they hadn’t received it. I think it was the next day—right before a three-day weekend. I had just had an impacted, abscessed wisdom tooth removed and I *really* needed that pain medication.  The Arizona Lottery Detective said that it was Ainsley that cashed the first jackpot winning ticket of mine that they made disappear. However,  he could not find ant ties to Ryan Green that predated them being neighbors in Starr Pass. That would be braise, while I was visiting Ryan, he was being babysat by Anuli, in her home, or maybe it was Ainsley's house we were at!!!

 

 Seeing as how there is no one else to pat me on the back, I'm going to give myself a big old 'atta boy' for my continued patience and compassion shown to my roommate who received her first round of chemotherapy a couple weeks ago and came down with c-diff a couple days after. Never before have I had to clean up someone else diarrhea,  repeatedly. She can't even shower herself and has just expecting I'm going to do everything for her. It's a pretty sad state of affairs. 

 Exploitation-artists Those that defraud by exploiting flaws in the system and manipulating those around them to achieve their desired criminal outcome.  They use advanced tactics that law enforcement does not have the capacity to mitigate, and prosecutors have no idea how to litigate. Many of their plots involve crimes for which there isn't even legislation to address. Case in point; while I was in a coma, they performed a non-life-saving procedure on me, without my consent, to sequence my genetic makeup. They stole the very DNA code that makes up everything that I am. If there ever was a possession which should be considered a person's private property, it should be their DNA encoding and they just took mine without permission and there was no charge to bring against them. 

 I tried to tell Michelle about Johnny Sandoval, the father of her two daughters, being the secret boyfriend of my ex-boyfriend, but she didn't believe me. He will be deported if he hasn't been already. He's already been deported at least once, maybe twice. It is twice, because Michelle was going to marry him to get him back in the country but he had  previous deportation. He's hiding out in the in-law apartment built for Casey in Ryan's basement.   HOLY SHIT!!  Most people would have  no idea that case matters for business names, especially on bank statements. So SSA TREAS 310, is different than Ssa treas 310 XXSOC SEC. 

 There was an account receivable/payable which used to belong to an employee of the Federal Reserve. This person was related to one of the boyfriend's of our friend group. They notebooked my money to this dormant, unmonitored account and this was verified by the FBI. That money was supposed to be returned to me directly by Levi. This came from a federal prosecutor's lips in front of a special agent of the FBI,  at the White House.  They all used information which I posted in hopes of finding solace from the expression of my past experiences. That is like finding a wallet on the ground and thinking you just get to keep the money inside of it. That's not how it works. It's not yours, you don't get to keep it.  They took instructions they were given as if they were meant to be open to interpretation,  which I'm sure was not the case.  You know some really messed up part about the whole Casey's vehicle thing was that I had no idea that I wasn't supposed to leave the car there I mean they had me park in the garage and Levi took the keys from me and they told me that Ryan's dad would be home and be able to give me a ride to wherever I needed to go so I assumed that I was supposed to leave it there. when I return to EON the next day or maybe two days later I can't remember Casey of course was wondering where her car was and I explained to her what happened and I could tell she was mad but she didn't like she didn't say anything about it and I even offered to go back up there and retrieve her vehicle for her if if it wasn't supposed to be left up there I was willing to go up there and go get it for her but she declined my offer and I was told by someone else at EON that car got taken away from her by her ex or something which I'm not sure if that's what she was just telling them or wh...

 Josh really messed up the software by telling me his name was Kimbal, but also saying I could call him the "gentle giant".  In a sense he notebooked Elon and Kimbal's information as his own, which explains Elon's obsession with notebooking my money.

 Explain to me this; how is it that I was given Josh Green's notebook as a result of a notebook being pulled on my behalf and then it was taken away and given to someone else. if that illegal notebook can be corrected then why I can't the ones that were pulled on me, illegally, be righted?  I had to have my gall bladder removed. After the surgery,  I immediately began having incontinence fairly frequently.  I requested the videos of the procedure, and when I reviewed them, I was very upset by what they seemed to have overlooked.  My surgeon left the room, after stopping the in room camera, but the operating room camera remained on as it is motion activated.  Soon after the other tape stopped, there were two voices that could be heard, but the camera was pointed towards the opposite side of the room, so you couldn't see anything, except the flashing of the laprosopic laser which they used to perform my surgery.  Gall bladder removal is a simple procedure as far as laser surgery goes.  The issue with notebooking that is most egregious is that it eliminates any paper trail, which makes appealing a notebook impossible. You take away the ability to prosecute by making the burden of proof untenable. 

 This is the only warning I will issue. If you do not cease and decist your unlawful persecution campaign against me, I will be forced to take legal action. Before you rebut with trying to deny me my inalienable rights, afforded to me by the Constitution,  let me say this; denying a person the right to seek regrets is not only unconstitutional and illegal, it is denying me equality.  The weather report said that Phoenix would get all the way to 105 this week, but the local news has been reporting temperatures in excess of 105 for weeks now. Even here in Tucson we got to 107 a few times this summer.

 There's a distinction between citce which you build off of, and plagiarizing someone's information and using it as your own. I'm looking at all of you.  The burden to understand the law should not fall solely on the individual. The state has a duty to ensure justice is understandable, navigable, and accessible. You know, all my life, I have wanted a dog. Do you know why I never got one?  Because,  I know that my life lacks the stability that being a pet owner should entail. It is only fair to another living creature to take responsibility of it, if you are fully prepared to do so.  I know that the whole EON group stole my information from my anonymous livejournal.com account. They used it to make themselves independently wealthy and to disparage my name, so that if I found out they could say I was trying to copy their information. Of all people, I would have never expected an attack from this group. They were supposed to be my allies. My peers. Advocates. Pillars of the community. Yet, they all succumbed to the false allegations and allowed themselves to be swept up in the greedy, hateful spirit of revenge. Despite it being baseless. Of all people I'd have never suspected Casey even capable of such deceit and betrayal. I get why she thought she was justified in doing so, but ever heard of due diligence?

 Another important factor that everyone seems to be overlooking is when the hospital told me that I should call my loved ones and let them know that I love them and I dialed Ryan they decided to come to the hospital and he was accompanied by his friend and the friend's mother but before coming to the hospital they stopped and bought a new video recording device or a phone whatever and that is the device that captured the operating room procedure in the ER so if it hadn't been for them then it wouldn't even existed and yeah want to say that no one deserves that much while they're the ones that were supposed to protect my privacy and more still the hospital broke all sorts of rules and let them film that video which I now have definitive proof that it was definitely me

 Despite what anyone might say I was there for several of the real estate transactions in which my dad titled the newly acquired properties in my name.  Now when Helene contacted me and asked for an address to send the Deeds I gave Ryan's parents address.  It speaks volumes of the level of honesty that everyone involved is capable of. Even though, too long has past for me to seek retribution. Even though, the statute of limitations has long expired.  Even though, it would only serve to clear my name.  Not one of them has come clean about their involvement. Not even the one who claimed to have loved me the best he was capable of. Nor the two at one point, i called my brother. Not even the one that was just a scapegoat. 

 I can think of five different people for over an hour's time, I had to wait for them to finish in the bathroom so that they come out of my bathroom because I needed to use it. Christine tatoicore, Heather belair, Graham netanyahu,p Josh atchley, and Ryan green, they were in there for like more than an hour, actually Josh and Grahm were in there for like 12 hours or something like that. Ryan 10 hours or something ridiculous like that.  Over an hour waiting outside my bathroom door that's a long time to hold it when you already have to go.  What's crazy about the whole Casey's car thing was that that happened right at the beginning of my short time spent at Eon so that would have been right around the end of 2003 that I left her car where I dropped off her friends friends or brothers friends or whoever it was that she had me pick up from Gilbert who I identified as Chris and Levi at Ryan's house and Levi took the keys from me after I put the truck in the garage and Ryan said his dad will be home in a few minutes and he can give you a ride back to wherever you need to go. now at some point the car was moved from there unbeknownst to me and when she asked for it back they simply said that it wasn't there and then when I returned to Connecticut which I had been planning to do for a while with my mom's boyfriend we stopped in Washington DC so that I could answer the response letter that I got from the White House and that is when I saw Levi getting out of the back of the truck from the bed which they had ...

  Ryan played it cool despite only having a few minutes to make it home before he would be grounded until he was dead.  It's so converter for everyone to believe that he used to be a liar. I contest, that he didn't used to be a liar, he just got better at it.  When you think about it, the odds are, he didn't stop lying, he only got better at it.  The FBI actually conducted a whole experiment to see who was more honest, Griffin or myself.  For being such all knowing and infallible notebooking societies you would think someone would put two and two together and realize that the information data mined of the Eon public computer by two Associates of mine which was caught by someone who recently passed away was in fact not their information, (because why would they be data mining their own information?), but in fact was my information that they had breached the privacy of and Ananda memorized. 

I requested this information a year ago and yet when I submitted it to reopen my false claims Act case the judge denied my motion saying that I didn't explain the evidence that I presented. In my complaint I stated that I originally made this report on December 28th, 2022. What more is there to explain? Not to mention the owner of this establishment is wanted out of Ohio under an alias and is the FBI's Most Wanted woman in America which I reported to the FBI the US Marshals the Attorney General of both Ohio and Arizona and to the local authorities and yet nothing has been done
