Inconspicuous, Unremarkable, Mundane, and Prolific

 

Now don't quote me on this, but I think this is the guy that lived in Park West Apartments, next to Mary Jackson, in the same building as Matt dupuis. He had dozens and dozens of video tapes all labeled with a single boy's name on them. He molested all the boys in the neighborhood. Myself included. I called the Scruff McGruff crime tip line on him. He had the tapes in plain sight and as soon as I saw them, I knew exactly what was on them.

He was so nice. And, unassuming. Not nervous about it at all. As if it were the most natural thing in the world. He's lucky I didn't own a gun. I was 10, I believe. Yup, because I met him handing out fliers for my company's monthly board meeting.

They profiled him on AMW and I knew the moment I saw him, that it was the neighbor I had recently been victimized by. Same m.o.  same look, didn't even disguise himself.
