What if I told you I was a relative of three of the ten memebers voting on the new pope?  Are they hell bent on oppressing me?  Probably. Will they keep on the chosen trajectory until something or someone stops them. Definitely. 

You know, the punishment is supposed to fit the crime. In all the time you all have known me, what have I ever done to you personally that was so bad?  Yes, I misallocated people's money, but had my company not been stolen from me by opportunistic greedy people, I'd have a six figure board executive position,  more than likely. 

Again, I have to point out that my bad decisions were never made on a basis to stymie you all or oppress you. In fact,  all of you, every last one benefitted from my failures. Whereas, your intentions were always the same. As was your goal. It's the justification I just can't wrap my head around, because you seem like such a reasonable person otherwise, buy when it comes to me, you turn into this Medusa. Turning those who try to defeat it to stone and luring in those around with her beauty and charm. Offering promises she never intends to fulfill. Just like Medusa. 

Fitting too, because I often pictured Chris and Paul and Ryan,  and now Levi and Josh as the Great Oracle of Delphine. The ones who had to share one eyeball.
