I love how my roommate just throws away my food. Right in front of me, even. Hot sauce, that is a year old is still plenty good. She said it smelled like dirty dish water. Good thing it was Tapatio and not Chouloula, that stuff is expensive. She doesn't even use the stuff.
It makes me wonder if there is a certain type of dementia that some are effected by. It makes you forgetful but also very dismissive and easy to anger. I think some one in my family suffers from something similar. They don't recognize how impatient and unreasonable they are becoming, or how flawed their memories are. And, their is no convincing them of anything. Stubborn is a gross understatement. Far worse than a petulant child or morose teenager. Yet, aside from that they maintain their lives without ever calling attention to the disease. It is progressive, as far as I can tell.
