I hate being lied to
It seems absurd that Kathy doesn't remember when she was in the hospital for pneumonia Ryan and I found her secret stash of bowls she had swapped out and stole from us. It took me a while to reconcile the nice, seemingly generous person we'd come to know and the aberrant drug fiend that she obviously is. The worst part was that we were giving her as much as she wanted at that point, yet, she still was stealing from us. Even if it was the last we had at the moment, or couldn't afford more, she had no compunction swapping out the apparatus and replacing it with an empty one. I was shocked I hadn't caught on to her ruse, sooner, but she was good at what she does. Slight of hand good. She had a drawer two layers deep of pilfered bowls. That was quite a lot of product. Ryan and I reclaimed them as payment for caring for her pets while she was hospitalized and then busted her red handed the next time she tried her little stunt. We told her it was not okay to steal from people you touted your friends. I also told her, there were people that got murdered for this sort of betrayal. I tried to impress upon her the severity of her actions, that if it continued we would no longer come around, period.
Yet, she persists.
