Update
I canceled my assessment and interview with the Home Goods warehouse, because Kathy insisted she needed my help setting up the telehealth visit she had with her fourth oncologist (? might be her third, but it feels like 4). I told her that it was just like the last one and would be easier by far this time as she wouldn't have to go through the registration and test the camera and microphone. However, she did also have a delivery from Fry's which she needed me to receive, and bring in. She was on the telehealth video chat waiting for about 15 minutes, which put her 3 minutes past the 3 o'clock appointment time and she abruptly hung up, and then had to use the bathroom urgently. The doctor's call, which the nurse she spoke with said would be what she was waiting for came the moment she closed the bathroom door. Now, had Kathy had her email notifications on, she would have received the message saying the doctor was running a couple minutes behind schedule, and she would call to initialize the call, but alas, she only got the message after the office was closed for the day. They called twice, but the Instacart arrived the same moment as the phone started ringing, which seemed really poorly timed, because the dogs always bark loudly while the strangers are bringing the items to the porch. Unless, it was timed that way intentionally.
Much the same as last month, when she was fresh out of the hospital, (almost 3 weeks since discharge), and had the Walmart delivery made while she had some other important call for which she shut herself in the bedroom for while I hauled in the groceries and then put them away.
Tomorrow she is going to Dr Clayton Pierce, primarily to ask for a note saying she needs a full time caregiver, so that she can apply to rent a trailer in some park on Flowing Wells, in a worse neighborhood than ours by far.
She also hasn't taken into account despite my reminder that they did not include a pet deposit or monthly pet fee here, nor did they include that there was no smoking in the trailer, but I'm sure the new agreement will include those particulars. Also, I imagine that as far as management goes for a trailer park, ours is probably one of the above average ones, though not I'm every aspect. They certainly aren't slumlords and they have addressed 80 percent of the issues we've brought to their attention with a moderate amount of reminding and patience. I forsee the next company might be even worse to deal with, but she is insistent about wanting a bigger place. The other rentals she was fixating on are in Tucson Estates, where she claimed there is SunTran service to, which I'm almost certain there is not.
Also, is Kevin Lahey the president of El salvatore??
