 I suppose every organization needs a business model. This should include a purpose statement, a vision outline, and a strategy to achieve their ambitions. 

However, what many people overlook is what brings the organization together initially. The core reason the group formed. How it was they came to be. 

This is only important if the acumen they follow is indirect or the goals seem to conflict with the overall purpose they are trying to achieve. 

Let's take Brianna's ragtag bunch of non-related siblings. All of whom share a single commonality,  which united them.
