Chelsea's friend kept running up to me everything I turned my back and bear hugging me and then tackling me to the ground. I told him I didn't like that and to please stop. He persisted all afternoon. It was a complete accident that he ran right into my kick because he was running full speed at me, which I wasn't aware of as I came around. It wasn't me that injured him, it was done with a ninja sword. Green and gold silk adornments. Nicole piazza wound up with it, I believe. Levi witnessed it. I wasn't there, but I knew he saw what happened. He went from normal to silent, all the time. Like shell-shocked. He looked like he stopped sleeping.

I read about a boy dying in that neighborhood in the newspaper. The following week, I was with uncle Jim when he went to pick up Katherine at Elsie Hall's home. Josh was there and trying to stash the sword. Levi looked, like he'd seen a ghost. Josh gave the sword to Katherine. She gave it to Sammy. Sammy gave it either to Nicole or Jimmy the third.
